Zip`s Drive In Restaurant in Post Falls

The food was great.The service was great.The shakes were really good.Big guys had the Wranglers.Mom had the Turkey Club Hot and it was great. Little ones had corn dogs and burgers.Nice little place to stop in for burgers, tub of fries and some fry sauce.

Very good food , cant go wrong! The boss burger is HUGE so you better be hungry ! Tots are good with the dipping sauces.

Such rude service from the kids working there. I waited over ten minutes for my meal. The people working there were very short and rude from placing my order to having to ask for cups when I was leaving. I will not be going back!

I always enjoy going to Zip's. I enjoy the Papa Joe. Nothing fancy, just a good fast food burger.

Painfully slow. 45 minutes stuck in a drive thru for sub par food. I could have gone somewhere, ordered quality food, and enjoyed my entire meal in the time it's taken for them to even make it.Pathetic.

My favorite is their Fishwich with a chocolate malt milkshake.

Love zip tub of fries with tartar sauce + fry sauce. Delioucessness.

Well duh zips is always amazing. Cooked to order not no digging through a bin of already cooked meat/food and assembling it

Drive thru is kind of slow waited for 20 minutes and decided to back out and leave to go back to work

Good. They get the orders right fairly quick. That's all you need from fast food, really. Employees here are generally are quiet, impersonal and detached. Which is fine. Just not a 5-star fast-food experience.

Friendly staff, quick service, testy door, and decent prices

No social distancing measures are in place at all. No employees were wearing masks or gloves. All tables were available to sit at. Food is good though. I just wished they took the COVID-19 issue more serious since they are right off 1-90 so there's people from all over coming through there.

Good food of course! Food was hot and Fresh. Terribly slow however. Took an unusual amount of time to get a "quick" lunch

Love their fries! Taste like the ones I would get on Fire Island back in NY.

Not sure why, the tater gems are amazing. Great texture inside and out. The onion rings left a bit to be desired, even with timed cooking, they seemed a bit under done. The bacon burger was good, nice crispy bacon. The young man who helped us was very pleasant and respectful. Overall, a nice visit.

Yummy food! The only thing that could have been better was crispy-er fries and mushrooms. But that is definatly no deal breaker. Very good ice cream and staff!

I do NOT usually like zips. I have been to 4 that either had horrible service or extra greasy buns (Plummer ID) But this zips is great! Good food, good people.

I love going to establishments that are local

Our order was made to order. Delicious bacon on top of the burger not like any fast food restaurant the quality was great. The fries were hot freshly made and in clean oil. I would definitely return and recommend it.

Probably some of the worst customer service I've experienced, I'd like to think local small business haven't lost their love for their community.

Fast service, average food, average customer service/friendliness. Bathrooms lacked cleanliness and was out of paper towels. But otherwise it is your typical fast food place.

Zips has good food...classic burgers.

The young male at the counter was very helpful and polite it was only his second day. The lady who works the drive thru was very unprofessional and rude. She should understand that mistakes happen and she should know how to deal with them. We were very patient customers.

Really they should get 6 stars. I stoped on my commute home from downtown CdA. 13 miles of cycing into a stiff March headwind, and I really needed calories for the remaining 6 miles. Friendly staff all seemed to understand without me needing to say anything, upgraded my food, prepared to order immediately and let me bring the bike inside. Yet another reason to always eat local.
